A recent TripAdvisor reviewer called it "probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed at." The welcome: a rude front-desk agent. The room: a roll-away bed with a plastic-wrapped mattress that reeked of urine. Guests were sold out everywhere else and had "no choice but to endure" it.
