Oh man oh man oh manβ¦ England vs Mexico was always going to be a great game but MY GAWD this world cup is delivering. Even the casuals are eating it up π. My bro who was born in london inv to join him at Queen vic to watch the game. He arrived at 5PM the game was at 7β¦ why was it already packed out no seats at 5PM π«. Nonetheless we had space to stand and everyone we were with was comfortable. As far as english pubs go this is for sure up there with Ireland Four Courts (VA). The english really sung their hearts out for the national anthem and then were dead silent for the mexican anthem lmaooo. Jude Bellinghamβs celebration as well as wonderwall and all the other british chunes went triple platinum in there after the W. Peak authentic world cup watching right here in D.C. Google makes their food look like dogsh*t but the food i saw going around aint look THAT bad. Worth the visit.
