Summit is the seasonal 11th-floor rooftop bar at Conrad Washington, DC, offering sweeping panoramic views of the U.S. Capitol, Washington Monument, and the downtown skyline. Open Wed-Sat 4:30-10 PM and Sun 3:30-9 PM (reopened spring 2026). Cocktail-forward menu includes locally inspired signatures, Conrad-themed house cocktails named for global destinations (Beijing, Tulum, Maldives), draft Aperol Spritz and Frose on tap, and elevated light bites: Maryland crab mac & cheese, short rib tacos, cobia crudo, and avocado fries. Walk-in welcome; reservations recommended for groups of 6+. One of the best rooftop cocktail destinations in downtown DC.
