Dōgon is chef Kwame Onwuachi's acclaimed Afro-Caribbean restaurant inside Washington DC's Salamander Hotel. A James Beard Award-winning destination that charts the African culinary diaspora through Nigerian, Jamaican, Trinidadian, Creole, and DC flavors. Landmark dishes include Hoe Crab with shitto chili crunch, Grilled Wagyu Short Rib (suya-galbi), Charbroiled Oysters with Croatian butter, Jollof Rice with berbere-roasted chicken, and inventive Rum Cake.
