Poplar is a small, intimate (24 seats), reservation-only, adults-only restaurant in Brightwood Park. It opened in early 2025 with a weekly changing menu focused on local farms and foraged ingredients, mostly cooked in a Marra Forni pizza oven. Open Thursdays–Saturdays (and some Sundays) starting at 5 PM. Reservations drop Tuesdays via their site. Cider-centric bar; cocktails on draft planned.
